Customer Service SUCKS!!!!! Should have known when I called NOT to order here!!! New to the area looking for some good Chinese Food and Service well….This is not the place! The one that takes the order has NO knowledge of what’s on the menu and HOW to assist customers with placing an order!! I placed my order….Get home almost $40 dollars later to throw EVERYTHING IN THE GARBAGE!!! The order was Wrong and the food was Not worth going back! The atmosphere represents the food….The Rice is Hard….The Chicken is Hard and none of it is Tasty!!! It is so common here in Leesburg for them to take your order and get it wrong, but this is the first time the food was no worth eating!!!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH CHINESE FOOD!!!!

My family placed a delivery order via Door Dash, and this is our fourth delivery order placed from Hong Kong Cafe. We ordered Sesame Tofu, Kung Pao Chicken (medium spice), Orange Peel Chicken (medium spice), Chicken Sticks (6 per order), Fries, and Pork Lo Mein. Everything was great and the food arrived right on time. This was our fourth excellent experience with Hong Kong Cafe, and the whole family has always ended up full and satisfied. FYI, the medium spice is perfect for those that want a nice consistent burn in their mouth that does not last too long. Also, on previous occasions we have ordered Hong Kong Cafe’s Chinese Doughnuts, and they are outstanding. In my 26 +- years ordering delivery Chinese restaurant’s doughnuts, I have almost always found that those Chinese Doughnuts have a slightly stale/rancid taste, but Hong Kong Cafe’s have always tasted fresh and delicious. Myself and my family definitely recommend Hong Kong Cafe!

Placed an online order on Q Menu. The app wasn’t working properly and charged me even though the order did not go through. So I went in to order and pay with cash instead. Upon entering, I heard someone behind the booth speaking but they didn’t come to the counter until another order was brought out from the Kitchen. If she would have at least said she would be with me in a minute but no greeting. I explained the situation and she gave me Q Menu’s number. I’m still trying to reach them..was on hold forever. The veggie lo mein was good, but the Crab Rangoons were over fried, tough, and didn’t taste fresh. Will never come here again.

The customer service was horrible and I will not be going back. I ordered the teriyaki chicken stir fry and it was awful! I asked if the ownership had changed because the customer service and food had changed. The vegetables were not cooked and the chicken was dry. The previous owners used fresh chicken without the batter/bread or whatever it is on top. If I wanted this I would have just ordered sesame chicken with no seeds.

Great price nice selections friendly staff greeted with an smile large portions good food. The black pepper chicken is delicious and fried is really good. They awesome lunch specials. Nice and spaceous on the inside. I am really glad I finally tired this place one best I had so far in Albany will be returning.

I’m not sure what’s changed, whether it’s the management or the recipes but it’s just not good anymore. We ordered the House fried rice and it definitely wasn’t the same. It smelled weird, almost spoiled. The shrimp wasn’t properly cooked. Had to throw the whole thing away.

It just wasn’t very good. Pad Thai had about 2 cups of juice in my container. Egg rolls were tasteless. Can not dine in, even though it says dine in.

The best Chinese food I’ve eaten in Albany. The rice isn’t regular yellow rice like all other ‘chinese’ restaurants nearby- it actually has bean sprouts, onions veggies and more! Love the shrimp fried rice with braised wings.
