Use to love Burger King now the staff turn over is crazy so orders are always messed up and I almost always have to tell them what they forgot. It takes forever to get your food too. I think Burger King should start trying something different to get employees to stay and train them better so these things are not a problem. When all the other restaurants give insensitive to work and better pay people will stay longer or maybe it’s time for new management because that’s the only thing that hasn’t changed so maybe that’s the problem. Whatever it may be I will not be going here anymore the last time was enough when it happens every time you go in something is not right!

Service was relatively quick and nice person got the order but for a cup of water they wanted to charge $2 but were nice about it, after i left i found out my Spicy chicken sandwich was replaced with Spicy chicken fries. No napkins in the bag. You can do better. Thanks

Whoppers were dry and MUCH smaller than they used to be. The sandwich is mostly bread. Waited for about 15 minutes at 12:50 today. Chicken nuggets were unbelievably dry as well. I understand that there is quite a power outage across lower Michigan, but goodness gracious – the workers were all frazzled, and it took forever to do anything. There were 3 cars in the drive-through, and by the time we left – 22 minutes later – the line was backed up to the road.

Went last night and it was by far the best service I have ever received at this location. Food was hot and correct. And I gotta say it was nice not having an elderly female manager being rude and barking at me all the while getting the order wrong and forgetting any and all condiments. The gentleman running it was thorough, correct, and apologized it took so long. I’ll wait for fresh food, but thank you for your professionalism. I appreciate you.

3rd time ive stopped here this month and each and every time they “forget” to put something or things in the bag so tired of wasting my money with this place even if the burgers are good but not worth losing money on items you order and never get.Dont bother getting ahold of corporate they are just as useless because i have yet to get my money back or my food for the past orders THIS PLACE IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

Not only did I wait over 5 min at the speaker to even be helped (if yall were busy ok. i get it, you had one car…..ive done drive thru, if you’re gonna put someone at the speaker alone at least make sure they can multitask beyond a single car)……but You have also ONCE AGAIN messed up our order despite it being rung in properly. Tell your blind cook to get some glasses and read the tickets better. How hard is it to just put ketchup on a kids burger? Yall can NEVER seem to get that right. We waited a min for our food too, id thought it would say least be WARM if not hot, but my daughter’s fries were cold as ever.
