This kfc is probably one of the worst ones…. the staff is usually rude for no reason and the food is always awful. It tastes either old or just bad. They used to be good a few years ago, I would go all the time… but recently they’ve just been so bad. I’d rather make a trip to Yukon to get kfc… especially after three people I personally know got food poisoning from here.

The female staff at the window and the female staff after we went inside who falsely told us she was the manager was incredibly racist towards us (white). We asked a simple question of what sides comes with the kids meal 8x and they refused to answer, my wife finally said just answer the question and lady at the window said no I’m not serving you so we went inside to the lady who lied about being the manager. The “manager” placed our order, refused to comp any of the meal nor apologize for the other employees rude and racists behavior. Food was terrible, cold and undercooked at that. Never going here again and this staff needs a major overhaul. As is seen from other reviews this place has crashed down and it all starts with the horrible, lazy and racist employees working there. They also keep trying to take my review down along with others to keep the truth of this place hidden as much as possible. 3rd time I’m putting it back up. Forgot to add both employees refused to give us thier names, one walked around with a tag saying their name is associate and the “manager” wore hers backwards in the inside of her collar.

The worst KFC I have ever went. I spent 13.00 on trash. Went through the drive thru ordered a 3 pc meal original. At 3 . Everything was old. The biscuit would have probably broke my teeth. These people need to learn timing and temps.

I ordered a 16 piece crispy oh sorry we dont have all 16 pieces of crispy you can get mixed or wait 35 minutes, this was at lunchtime what chicken place isn’t prepared for lunch?!? This place why haven’t they been closed down yet or everyone let go bc it’s the same people working here that’s worked here for years !! Close them down or hire new people !!

Went thru drive thru and ordered some food to take to my mother’s house while she watched our kids for the night. When we got to the window we decided to add a large Mac and cheese so we paid for it and drove 20 minutes to her house to find out the they didn’t put the Mac and cheese I guess you could say I should have checked but they were NOT BUSY so I figured they could handle it.once we returned to town we just wanted the money back and the “general manager” acted like WE caused the problem or like WE were lying. Thought we’d get chicken for dinner since we got off work late. Pull up to the drive thru at 7:15 in the evening to order a 16 piece meal. The lady says they don’t have enough chicken for that order.. what kinda chicken place don’t have enough chicken ?!?? Especially during dinner hours. You’d think they’d have it ready to go . Not unless the lady didn’t any to make any more . Either way we left. Take our business elsewhere
