I come to the Taco bell all the time and honestly the people who work here are just plain rude. I’ve seen the person who was working register talk all nice and goody goody to her race but when Spanish people came in to order the women was just plain rude rushing them talking rude. If this goes on when I’m there I can imagine all the days I’m not there and people are just getting treated wrong. Waited 20 mins for a deluxe box which should have been done in 10 min but the workers were just cruising instead of working when they know it’s a bit busy!!!! Got my order 20 mins later and was missing items like come on if u gonna take forever making my food atleast make sure I have all my food!!!!

Unprofessional staff. Rude people with nasty attitudes. These people belong on their porch in the hood all day with no jobs. I had a doordash, and half the order was missing including the drinks. I asked for a water cup and she said they can’t give out water cups. I guess they can’t give the drinks we pay for either. To even think about eating the food these people prepare is disgusting To top it off they think their so cool singing their r& b hood songs as if it was their house. They’re al so comfortable.

I came to this restaurant after the doctor. Their front is closed. Because of this, I had to make the line. I then waited as they asked. The “Manager” on 7/19/23 at 3:25 PM had such a nasty attitude I told him I don’twant to eat here anymore. At the window, not knowing he was the manager, I asked for a manager. He then asked, did she buy anything, knowing with his horrible service I didn’t. I told the girl give me a cheeseroll up. She refused to, to avoid the review. The I advised her, let me start recording and post this online. She answered “You won’t record me b…” To finalize the interaction, the manager says, you can’t order here, you need to make the line. And he didn’t care about a review because God is his boss.

Apparently they open when they feel like it. Hours posted outside says opening is 10:30am I was there at 11am and they told me they weren’t open after sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes. Staff is disrespectful and I hate that this is the closest location to me. You’d be doing yourself a favor to avoid this place and they’d be doing themselves a favor just shutting down

This location is a joke. If I owned this location I would fire the whole evening staff. The workers constantly have their kids in the kitchen area and running around the store. Smells like weed all outside when you walk up. Half the time either the drive thru or the dinning area is closed. The staff is rude. Most of the time half of the menu or more isn’t available.

I drive to Taco Bell on Motorcycle, and find that only the drive in is open, at 6:15 pm on a Saturday night. The person on radio asks to take my order, and as soon as I say what I want she says “sorry, we are closed”. Obviously the people in front of me are getting their food, and after I left the drive through, I watched others drive through and get their food. I must assume that they have some unadvertised rule against serving someone on a motorcycle. Since this isn’t a part of the national chain, they can do as they please. Since I am a customer, I will avoid them in the future, with or without motorcycle. I advise others to do the same.

I don’t know what’s this Taco Bell/KFC Combo’s problem but it has always had the Worst Service of any in Tampa Bay. I live near this location but I’ll drive the extra miles to go to the Kennedy Blvd. Taco Bell because of the unprofessional, rude Service of the Workers at the Armenia location. And, the food is just decent. The Chicken was terrible for years but has since improved.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I went to this location to pick up an UberEats order, and the door was locked, despite it being three hours until closing. So I knocked on the door, only to have a guy come out and scream obscenities and then proceed to threaten me FOR KNOCKING. Unreal.

Everytime we come we can’t order thru drive thru. People are rude and when you go inside to order there is long line and workers are moving at the pace of a snail. Will never come back to this one. Will go out of my way to go to a further one.
