Only a few blocks from our hotel in downtown Williamsport is a lively place called Pine Square . Live music playing every Saturday night all summer long! We decided on fried green beans and a pizza tower from Stonehouse Wood fire Pizza & Pasta. Wetting our whistles with a blueberry gin fizz for me and the old standby glass of Cabernet for my husband. A beautiful place for outside dining!

Stopped by for lunch on our travels and really enjoyed it. Started with a tasty caeser salad, we had a Manhattan clam chowder and a sausage, kale and white bean soup and both were delicious. We finished off with two pizzas and had plenty left for later. Nice thin crust and super fast service. Jade was outstanding. Friendly, happy and went out of her way to take care of us. We were in and out in under an hour.

We bought three pizzas at the Stonehouse pizzeria. We did not like any one of them. The pizzas barely had any cheese. The sauce was not good either, it was missing some seasoning. We come from NYC and we like our pizza to be cheesy. Customer service was really good, the dining room appeared to be nice too; unfortunately we were not allowed inside because we had a dog.

This was our first visit and will be our last. We were in town and had heard good things, so we made a reservation. While regulars and friends of staff were sat before us, we waited nearly 45 minutes after our reservation time. Our server was less than impressive and spent more time running her hands through her hair than paying attention. She spilled an entire tray of drink overflow down my pants and shoes and didn’t even apologize or offer a towel. Our appetizers were decent, presentation was nice which is why I’m giving a one star. Our dinner order didn’t come for what seemed like an eternity, well over an hour and we were never kept abreast of what was taking so long when every table around us had been served. Our server had brought plates to the table and said they had a long line ahead of us and walked away and let someone else bring our food. I expected to be blown away by the food, but I could have gotten the same food at comparable prices at other local eateries. This was 4.5 hours of a wasted evening with subpar service and average food. Disappointed is an understatement.

After being at the river boat this was a nice place to stop for dinner. At the verse menu but the pizza was catching my eye. The bruschetta was also excellent for an appetizer. The wait staff works as a team, if your food is ready whoever’s in the back brings it out. Very friendly staff.

We had dinner on a Saturday night at the bar. The service was terrible. A couple next to us knew the bartender & while they were getting drinks before theirs were empty, she would walk right by our empty glasses. One drink we ordered never got made & the bartender walked away before we could even say anything.
