I have liked this place since it came to Jacksonville. I like the afternoon crews that work and have gotten friendly with them. They work hard. Yes, sometimes the drive thru is too slow, but the kids work hard. I have tipped them many times. Unfortunately, when I went through the drive thru today, I was informed that they have ended happy hour half price on iced coffee and iced tea in the afternoons. So unfortunately, I will not be going back. Happy hour got me there. I will just go to McDonalds and get iced coffee on the app. I will miss you happy hour at Dunkin. I will not go back. I will get my doughnuts and iced coffee at the other establishments in Jacksonville that care for their employees.

Donuts were okay. But the fresh coffee was so strong I couldn’t drink it, unfortunately. Maybe with ALOT more cream and sweetener…? However, staff/waitress behind the counter and the service was excellent even though they were busy. And the hash browns were good too.

So much potential, yet so much disappointment. The waiting is long. I’ve not gotten an order that is correct. My hot food is cold. My hot coffee is cold. I wonder why I go back. I tend to get better service in other communities. Too bad for Jacksonville.

The service as you can see from previous reviews is atrocious. I’ve personally never had a rude encounter, but the the overall time it takes to get two coffees in absurd. The donuts get lazily tossed into a bag so when you get home 90% of the icing is on the bag or on a different donut. As busy as this branch is it either needs a complete overhaul or closed.

Espresso machine was broke, so no cappuccino’s or lattes which really stunk. So got my son a frozen mocha drink which was good but took forever it seems to be made. The floors though were some of the dirtiest floors I’ve ever seen at a coffee and donut place. This was 10am on a Sunday morning but looked like there had been a birthday party for 5 year olds it was so dirty! Definitely needs the floors swept and don’t try to order a cappuccino or latte and you’ll be ok
