Have been waiting nearly an hour for a hotdog, hamburger, and a shake. Have been coming here my entire life and will never come back. Still waiting….ridiculous. Asked for a refund after waiting for over an hour which they refused to give. Out of almost $13 and no food! Worst service ever had anywhere!!!

Employees were outside when I drove up. The drive through window isn’t reachable from the drivers seat so I had to get out and walk around. I was told to pull up and my 2 slaw dogs fries and coke would be brought to me. After a while I noticed a guy hold a bag out the drive through window. I got out and walked back, he gave me the bag and a girl brought out my coke. I said I ordered fries also. He goes back in and a couple minutes later brings my fries. When I get home I have 5 slaw dogs instead of the 2 I ordered.

Since when is dipping chocolate put in a peanut butter parfait instead of hot fudge or chocolate syrup? Also missed part of our order and had to go back for the rest of our food. But the parfaits were not even edible due to the chocolate setting up so hard.

Sign said dq machine broke. What does that even mean. so I asked if I could get a milkshake, employee said can’t do those. I then asked if I could get a blizzard. Employee responds with can’t do those either. This place needs to put up a sign that just says go home we can’t serve anything.
