I got the spinach burrito with spicy chicken and it was honestly pretty good. All the ingredients were good and tasted fresh the salsas were also good. The restaurant was clean and the service was nice and fast. Cons the chips were ok and they only had three sauces 1 spicy and the other 2 not spicy at all. 7.5/10

B/c it’s Teens running the shift I didn’t want to rain on thier day but it was very disorganized, unable/looked confused when trying to find replacements for the cold bar and poor communication with cashier- I just want them to be trained properly- the burrito was not full burrito and my quesadilla was wet- so I was dissatisfied once again at this location-will revisit in 7 months

The customer service was nice and nothing against the people who made my order but I got a burrito bowl which consists of mostly rice and the rice is underdone. Every other bite is hard crunchy rice. I tried to call when I got back to work with my takeout order and no one picked up the phone ☹️ I have eaten here several times and there’s always something that leaves me a little disappointed. But I can’t believe they’ll charge $11 for a burrito bowl with uncooked rice

Drove from a couple blocks away, picked up, got back, food was totally cold. Maybe 30 min. Not, ‘This is barely warm.’ As in, ‘When was the last time this food knew heat?’ The staff was in the back talking and laughing when I arrived and nobody came out for five minutes… But again, this was not a temperature differential produced by a brief cooling. Both entrees were made incorrectly. My order had several f-ups. No salsa with the chips. Was the food good? If you like Chipotle clones, and if the food is usually at least somewhat warm and they get the order right, you could get a passable meal here.
