We have loved Texas Roadhouse for years. The staff is friendly, atmosphere is safe, fun, good food, good laughs & good times. Just a tip..if you treat them with respect, you shall receive the same. Remember your servers do not control everything, ask for a manager if your disappointed and treat others how you wish to be treated. Today 6/18/23 was no exception. Great food, great service!

Very friendly staff and food was tasty but there were a couple of things that marred the experience. We ate at the bar where it should be child-free but there were very loud whining children in that area (adults on their phones). Suggest to not allow children in the bar area. Add to that, my husband’s steak was way under-cooked (ordered medium well but it came out more like medium to medium rare). Waiter was right on it and sent it back to the kitchen and the manager even assisted; however, I had to pause eating so that we could dine together, and that made my streak cool off. There’s really no reason for a steakhouse not to get the cooking specifications right.

I love this location but I was here last week and got the rudest waitress ever she completely ruined mine and my mom’s experience and mood. Never said Thank you or You’re welcome once even though we said it repeatedly. Example I would say thank you after she brought out drinks and she just walked off. Did that everytime we said thank you she was just in a awful mood and it was clear. Other than that the food, server supports, and atmosphere was amazing. But little miss space bun Victoria definitely does not love her job. I get we all have bad days but you don’t bring it to work…

I usually don’t write reviews. It took 1 hour to get our food. Others got seated around us 30 mins after us and received their meals well before us. We told the manager and she had an excuse about how busy they were. She gave just us a free appetizer coupon. Worst experience I’ve had at this chain. Won’t be back!

Late afternoon lunch on a Friday. Was seated right away. Host was pleasant. We order the onion blossom and it came out quickly and the way we wanted(crispy). Steak was great and the way we ordered it. Waitress was very pleasant and did a great job keeping up with the Tea. Will remember this place when we’re on the road.
