The lady was rude my drink was made wrong then I got talked down to when I asked to get it remade. I asked for light ice and she gave me this and said just so you know it’s not going to be full…. For a six dollar drink I will never come back here terrible service.

Another good Dunkin’ location. the staff is very friendly and helpful.. and patient with customers who need more time to get their order in.. which was nice to see… however the food was not the best .. the mini bagels stuffed with cream cheese are good for nothing. you are better off getting a full bagel with cream cheese.

I wish I could divide these stars according to shift. Morning shift has the friendliest , most professional people. Fast service courteous. Love it. Then there is the evening shift and weekend shift. Not friendly, not courteous, I would suggest going here in the AM.

Went through the Drive-Thru & ordered a bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese for my kids go home to find that they put mayonnaise on the bagel. When I call them in they say they don’t even have mayo, so I drive over to them with the Bagel and they say they have mayonnaise but it’s only out of the mayonnaise packets so please tell me how and I got Mayo on my bagel. I asked around to see if anybody there made a mistake and they all said it wasn’t them but that’s kind of weird since that only happened 15 minutes prior.That is not an accident was also told by an employee there which I will not name that they purposely do things to people if they feel you are being rude in the drive-through line.

The dozen donuts that we purchased had no cream in them you could not tell what kind they were by looking at them because of the small amount of cream that was hidden in them. The employees working there did not even know what kind of cream was in each donut the worst donuts we’ve ever had

Great coffee! I can’t remember the last time a DD got my simple order of “light and sweet” right, but they did! I ordered 4 coffees and everyone said the same thing- Delicious! Was just stopping through in the way back to my part of the state and was pleasantly surprised! Service was excellent, place seemed clean and coffee was AMAZING! Definitely worth the 5 stars in my experience..
