12 courses for $60 was a winner. The speed and time limit were forgiven based on the value. Now that they raised price to $100, this restaurant isn’t worth it. Back when Sushi by Bou was only a few locations, it was great. As they scale, what made them special is being diluted.

What a fantastic dinner! Easily the best meal I had in Miami and one of the most pleasant and comfortable omakase experiences I have ever had. Great value for the money. Every single piece was terrific but here are some of the pictures of my personal favorites: Scallop, tuna, salmon roe, sweet shrimp, and uni with wagyu. Wish I had a big enough stomach because I didn’t want to stop eating!

This is definitely a new hot spot in Brickell! Perfect spot for date night, girls night out or even just a small group of friends! The service was elite and definitely made sure my dinner party had an incredible experience! The chefs were so friendly and deface full details of each piece that we ate! I will 100% be returning back to Sushi by Bou!

Hits my sweet spot. Pretty mainstream fish selection and high quality. Personalized service. Great vibe. Will be my new sushi spot in Brickell. Chelsea spot in NY is also great.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant last night and had an absolutely amazing omakase experience. The food was absolutely incredible, with each dish more delicious than the last. The fish was so fresh and the sushi was expertly prepared. The service was also top-notch, with the host, bartender, and sushi chefs all going above and beyond to make sure I had a great time.

Nestled away from the bustling city streets of Miami, on a cloudy night, I discovered a hidden gem – Sushi By Bou. It was an experience that felt like a journey to a secret oasis, one that offered something new, exciting and exceptional.

First time at sushi by bou in Brickell. I have been to the Fort Lauderdale location so I was expecting a fun and outrageously delicious omakase with one of their chefs when we arrived. Congrats to the chefs at this location for providing a fun night beautifully paired with specialty cocktails like the smoky El coyote and the bourbon honey bee and their 12 course omakase. Omakase included pieces you would expect like toro, scallop, hamachi etc but the way that these chefs pair the accents to these little delicious pillows of rice and fish was amazing. Each bite was heaven. If you’re looking to spend an hour sitting with one of their great chefs with some cocktails and some of the best sushi in Miami stop by and enjoy! Oh and of course expect to listen to some throwback music that def adds to an already cool dining experience.

You get rushed in, and then they are doing speed demon sushi work, the food was not good. We paid $100s of dollars to be pushed in and rushed out. They kicked us out after 1 hour, because the previous party was delayed so our set was so rushed. The sushi maker didn’t make sense, didn’t explain what we were eating , and he was moving so fast , it felt like a sped up tape. It was like a video game of sushi. Oh and did I forget they had these weird toaster ovens from the 1990s with ratchet aluminum foil stuffed in there like at abuelas house. I don’t know what they were toasting but I’ve never seen a broke down toaster in an omakase before. Have you? It was weird and it stunk. Beyond just making the experience ratchet, it was not a good thing to look at. I had the option to look at the speed demon omakase dealer or the Hialeah toaster. My friend and I rushed our conversation. I felt like I was on adderall or speed. That wasn’t dinner, it was a Mario race car video game. So not worth it . At all. Food was subpar. Uchi, Mr. Omakase is far better. This place didn’t even have its own bathroom. You have to walk 3 restaurants down. Waste of time, money, and food. Poor fish died for nothing.
