I seriously love firehouse subs!! Never been disappointed with any of the sandwiches I’ve tried there! The only thing that could use a little work at this location is their customer service. The staff just doesn’t seem very friendly or happy to be there. They’ve gotten a little better recently but still not quite worth 5 stars. But I’ll always come back for the bomb hot subs!!! (everything else there is mediocre so I’d recommend just sticking to the subs)

Worst service of my life. Waited 40 minutes when my family and I were literally the ONLY ones there. Then food came out and it was cold as hell, not heated, soggy bread and the meat everywhere except the actual sandwich. Hands down a big disappointment.

I love this place, but I am changing my review. When a company give a card that states: “Your Puchase is on us,” they should have the courage to keep this promises and honor your code of ethics. If you continue to satisfy your selfish, inconsiderate needs, you and your company will receive misery and possibly a loss of money. You are already receiving this. I see all of your people with frowns on their faces and you are loosing money. I am not coming in as often as I would like too because you are advertising false statements to your customers. Just because a person has a gluten allergy doesn’t mean they don’t deserve a free meal for their birthday because they do. This is what I mean when I say you are selfish and inconsiderate. You are also liers!!!! The money that you contribute freely to the companies you choose should be helping the poor and less fortunate. This company is very greedy and ungrateful!!!!!!!
