We’ve had a bad experience here a few times, but this last one was the worst. In the past it has had long wait times and inexperienced people taking orders, but the food was good. This time it took 15 minutes to get someone to take the order, then she either couldn’t hear or couldn’t operate the register, had to continuously repeat each part of the order, then she just dropped the order and never came back. Went to the front to try and order in person and they said to hit the button again to reorder, said they didn’t have anyone taking an order. Didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes for another bad experience trying to order and left. Not going back to this Sonic, which is sad because it’s one of the only fast food places in spring hill.

Pulled up tonight to order food. I pressed the button and waited about 5 mins, no answer. Another car pulls up and immediately gets waited on. I clicked the button again and it looked like someone was going to take my order but they didn’t. I moved to the other side to see if that would work but waited even longer. Decided to just leave because I was tired of waiting. Please do better guys. This is ridiculous.

I don’t even come here that often, yet somehow they manage to mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME! They always forget an item or give me the wrong sandwich or give me a weak tasting soda, and if I catch it before I leave I have to wave down a car hop because they won’t answer when I push the button so I can have them retrieve the fries they left off my order again.

Don’t waste your time going. They may or may not take your order. If they do take your order I can almost guarantee it will be incorrect. I hadn’t gone since before covid due to terrible experiences. Decided I would give them a try again and hope things have changed. I couldn’t even get anyone to take my order. Several people pulled up and were able to place orders but still no one to take my order. After 15 in and no one taking my order and others pulling up, ordering and getting their orders before anyone would respond to me. I gave up and left. So disappointed I had to leave my 1st online review of a business. If you make the mistake and go there all I can say is good luck. They would receive a 0 star if it was a option.

This place is absolutely terrible their food is so nasty always out of things and food doesn’t look like it’s cooked long enough also ordered chicken strips meals and it looked like thin dried pieces of fish there was so way I was eating this nor feeding this to my children I threw the whole meal away completely disappointed with this sonic. When you order you expect to get fresh food not something that had been sitting there for hours everything is cold and nasty terrible. For the price is should alway be fresh and good.
