Every single time I go back to my hometown I make my first stop at Monarcas Restaurant. Most of the staff have been there since the beginning and everyone is so polite and constantly check on you. The food is awesome but when I go it’s for one thing, the chimichanga. I have ordered this dish at other restaurants but hands down there’s only one winner and it’s Monarcas. I always have to carry part of it home because it’s just so much. If you’re ever in Troy, Al. Definitely stop by, you won’t be disappointed.
