The only reason they are getting a star is because the lady in the window was super nice! But the quality of the food was HORRIBLE! We asked for no pickles on one of our hamburgers, there were pickles. (Yes we can pick them off) The fries were cold and worst of all, there was a long black hair in the other hamburger!!! Won’t be going back!

I am so happy there is a DQ so close to me now. I really do like their cheese burgers. This is now the second time I have been here to this new one, and Savanna is who helped me at the drive thru both times. She has a very recognizable voice. My order is always simple. A triple cheese burger. She goes the extra mile to ensure I get what I want on it by repeating back the toppings that are included. Both times my burger has been mouthwatering juicy, cheesy, and very hot with just the right amount of catsup/mustard. This time I had to pull over in the parking lot because I couldn’t wait to get it in my belly. Keep it up. Thank you guys!

The wait in the drive thru was not bad, but we got the food and the fries were cold. We ordered gravy for the dipping sauce and it was like water, there was no substance to it and also flavorless.

Poor customer service. All the employees kept standing around or talking to other people and not helping the customers. My blizzard came halfway melted and spilt everywhere when they flipped it over.

This DQ just opened on Little Neck Road in Bloomingdale GA, and they are doing a wonderful job! Friendly staff with a smile on their face. We pulled up 5 minutes before closing time, and they were glad to help! It was just 2 Blizzards and a vanilla scoop for our puppy Ozzy, but they made it a pleasant stop. They have been open about 2 weeks, and this is our 3rd visit. We will be back! Great job y’all!!

French fries are nasty like they will cook with old grease I got old fries or something but the gravy for your chicken fingers pure water no flavor a bowl of white water ask if they know how to make gravy they say yeah we know how to make it but it gets like that at the very end why would you serve that to your customers pure nastiness when you put it in a cup not what people go there for
