This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve used the app to pay at the window and the manager messed up putting our codes in. Which clears it from our phone. He then says that there’s nothing he can do. Doesn’t make it right that he is the one that messed up and we didn’t get any food. If we could afford to just order it would be easy to order. But we don’t have a lot of extra. We’re on disability so every dollar counts. Then wouldn’t give us his name. Can’t tell you how mad my husband was. Not sure we’ll be going back.
