I generally love this location, today they gave me the wrong meal, had to wait for the right one, then they didn’t give me the biscuit that i look so forward to. In my lunch break so I don’t have time to get out corrected. If though it should have been right the FIRST TIME!!! Disappointing lunch today

I go there I order food and they charge my card 2 times. I don’t know if is a duplicate or someone was being sneaky because if they made a mistake. why it did not get fix. I have to call my bank to fix it. I’m still waiting this happened at the drive through. Really making it so difficult.

Disgusting. I order 4 chicken littles and a 10 piece meal. The chicken littles sandwiches were hard obviously it was sitting wrapped under the warmer for a few hours. The gravy for the mash potatoes was watered down KFC gravy has always been thick. The mash potatoes had a bad taste and the biscuits were soggy on the bottom.I called to complain and the manager wanted to either swap the food or have me bring the full order back for a refund meaning no eaten or biten into items. I was not going to drive 30 min for nonsense. She could have a apologized and offered me a rain check. No compassion. I think the general manager and owner need to really look at the cameras to see how how the business is being run in the evening. In the years I have stopped at this KFC never again and I hope we don’t get sick for eating some of the food.

I will never buy a meal from this location on an Easter Sunday again. The bucket of chicken was old and dry. The biscuits were also old and deformed and did not have a good flavor to them. Too bad I can’t put a picture here because i took two pictures.
