Ordered 2 large all meat and cheese sticks around 10: 15 pm and said my pizza’s would be here by 10:58pm it was delivered 1 hour 10 minutes later, my food was warm. Called the manager and Fran was like sorry, yeah right I pray that papa John goes belly up on everything. Poor choice on my behalf for ordering from them. Never again

Went inside to place an order and the cashier asked for my phone number. I kindly said “No thank you” and she insisted forcefully. I told her Id not like to enter my phone number and she very rudely explained that she has to have a phone number. I told her Id be leaving and she sarcastically told me to have a good night. Will not be going back, awful service.

Beyond ridiculous. My husband and I normally order papa johns a lot. Normally his pizza comes perfect. Mine on the other hand is always burnt and rock hard like an old pizza would be. I don’t order my pizza well done, so there’s really no reason for it. Tonight however did it for me. I will not be ordering from here again . Got my pizza, burnt, ice cold and the box it’s self wasn’t as hard as the pizza. I had my husband call in to get a replacement because like hell I’m eating that garbage. And yet again, the new pizza was the exact same way; except the second time it was actually still hot. The delivery drivers are amazing. But whoever makes the pizza needs to find a different job. Sadly great delivery drivers can’t keep customers when the food they’re given to deliver is terrible. $5 frozen pizzas come out far better . If I could rate 0 stars I would have for the food itself. However for SOME of their delivery drivers 10/10.

Ordered a extra large pizza, cheese sticks, and a MTN dew 2 liter. Food was made very quickly and food was delivered earlier than expected. Delivery driver was awesome, high respect for delivering in this weather! And with a smile at that! Food was hot and delicious. Made in good taste. 5 stars all around! Tbh this pizza is better from Papa John’s in Russellville than the ones I’ve ordered in bowling green!

Loud to order in store, but the workers were trying hard. Tried a 3 meat Papa Bowl. Its essentially The Works but without the crust. Tasted fantastic. Savory and filling. (And didn’t blow my sugar numbers like the crust would have.) Good job Papa John’s.

Pizza Delivery woman comes to our door with pizza. Hands my daughter the pizza. My daughter then tries to hand her the money to pay for pizza. Pizza Delivery Lady quickly turns away, walks back to her car, and leaves. About 30 minutes later, My daughter gets a text on her cellphone from your store manager Fran stating that she was sending her Pizza Delivery woman back to our house to collect the money and if my daughter didn’t pay, then she was going to call the POLICE on her. Claiming theft!! Manager Fran also told my daughter that the driver was new. Manager Fran treated my daughter like SHE did something wrong. No, Her Pizza Delivery woman did, but for her to threaten to call the POLICE on my daughter, who had tried earlier to pay, like a CRIMINAL was totally OUTRAGEOUS!! After all that, Manager Fran sent that woman back to my daughter’s house to get the CASH that was clearly indicated on the receipt to collect. The Pizza Delivery woman, who was of age, appeared REALLY nervous about coming back, but my daughter, unlike Manager Fran, had compassion for her and understood that her mistake was easy to fix.
