I’ve been ordering quite a bit and the pizza is always great…but what time do you close? It says you close at 10:00. I called at 9:45 and was gonna swing by real quick and pick up a pizza, but you were closed.

I had ordered 2 pizzas tonight, one chicken bacon ranch and the other pepperoni with extra cheese. The pizza is like ok but it is definitely not as good as it used to be and I’ve never had any issues with this location until now. My pizza is between soft and hard, they barely cut my pizza so I struggled to pull a slice. The chicken bacon ranch the chicken was put on top and it is very dry. There is oil leaking from it.. This used to be my favorite pizza shop in Austintown..

Great pizza! Love the cheese, sauce and crust!!!.No need to order extra cheese. There are a few pizza shops in the same area and Ianazone’s gets my vote, by far!!! They are the best in Austintown! (and McDonald!) Have never had any issues with them!

There are major issues at this location. I suspect management has changed, as everything has gone down hill over the past few months. There are staffing issues, which has hurt customer service and the quality of food has fallen off a cliff but the prices have gone up. The crust has completely changed, it looks and taste nothing like it used to even a short time ago. We’ve given them the benefit of the doubt twice, the food seemingly is getting worse though. Our last order was burnt to the point we had throw it out, $30 in pizza in the trash. We won’t be back to this location, there’s far too many other pizza options in Austintown to waste my money here.

Ordered 4 sheets of pizza Christmas Eve to take to our family party..bit into one of the slices and pulled out a hair, then we were took the pizzas out of the box to put away and found on the bottom a fork with hair on it. My husband went to the shop and told them and they just said we will give you two free toppings the next time you order!! I couldn’t believe she said that not even offer our money back!!
