This was the worst experience I’ve had ever at a Pizza Hut!!! I was at a local high school. I am a bus driver from another school. There was a basketball game I was bringing the visiting team so I thought I’d order some Pizza Hut yum! Yum is not the word to describe my experience! They told me it would be a half hour to 45 minutes. Awesome. Well no the food didn’t come until 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Fine no problem I understand deliveries can get backed up. Anyways, the delivery guy came he didn’t apologize for being late he just said here is your food, okay maybe he’s having a bad day. He didn’t even bring me all of my order. I told him it wasn’t all here and he said word for word. “No you are wrong” whatever I was crunched on time I was hungry and don’t want to argue. I signed my receipt and nicely asked him if he had silverware because I had requested it. He said no it’s not on slip. He started telling me to just take so he could leave. He also said he didn’t know why I asked for food in the first place. I just said sir please leave me alone. As he walked away he was cursing and calling me an idiot and other names. I called the restaurant manager which she was very nice and did apologize for him. But that was it she didn’t say much else. I will never come here or any Pizza Hut again! Please get some nice people to work there especially delivery the food!!!

I came inside and ordered and sat to wait on it, after 45 mins being there I asked if my food was ready and the employees hadn’t even started my order! I will NEVER go there again and if anyone asks me about this store I will be the 1st to tell anyone this is not a good place to go!!!!

I ordered 16 hot wings and order of bread sticks said it would be ready in 20 minutes got there and and lady said it would be 10 mins more.no big deal go back in 10 mins later.same lady says I dont have a order for you.would you like to wait 15mins will make you one she dont know what happened.sorry.will not be back to this place.

I ordered at 515 for 6pm delivery. Called store at 620 and the said it was leaving then. Still no pizza so I called again at 5 till 7 and it was still in warmer

Not even worth the 1 star I had to give it. From order to delivery took almost an hour, supposed to be 30 minutes. Got the text that the order was out for delivery at about the 25 minute mark, half hour later…crickets. Called the store, asked what the problem was, no explanation. No apology. No offer of compensation. Won’t bother again.

Order was not cooked together. I ordered online and it said 15-20 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later to make sure it was done. Half my order was ready but I had to wait 15 minutes for the other half. It wasnt a big order. So not only did I have to wait but half my order wasnt very warm.
