Service was good. Not a fan of the Mac and cheese but everything else i had was pretty good. Strange they don’t have butter to give for the warm roll, however one of the ladies offered to give me melted butter as an alternative. Overall decent. I’d go back to try a couple other menu items

Simply the food is bad! I got the Turkey Wings, mac n cheese, dressing, mash potatoes, and 3 piece dark chicken. Everything received was bland or tasted like it came from a box or can. I’m convinced a lot of these “good” reviews are fake. There is no way people are enjoying this food. I wish I could get my money back, this was a complete waste of money.

Well I have to leave a review because they need to be held accountable. I put an order in or Doordash direct. For a side. Gave me an eta I showed up the lady at the counter tells me they don’t have that item. I asked her to cancel the order so I can get my refund and go elsewhere. She says she doesn’t under stand and the manager is at a funeral. My condolences for the managers loss… but your telling me you don’t have what I order, you won’t cancel the order so they’ll refund my money?

The food was delicious. I ordered the 8 piece family meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, cabbage, corn bread and dinner rolls. The food was hot and the sides were well seasoned. The chicken also was crispy and delicious. Will definitely return.

I ordered food from this restaurant and found hair in different plates of what I ordered. I called for a refund and they have not refunded my order after showing the “manager” photos of the items. The manager’s attitudes was nonchalant and rude.

The very first time I visited the Stonecrest location I ordered the turkey wings dinner it was great! So the next visit I ordered the 3piece smothered dark meal. When I got home I realized it was spicy chicken so I called in to speak to the female manager. She was nice about telling me to come back by to get another dinner. She said the smothered chicken is a mixture of mild and spicey . The next day I stopped by on my way home around the same time I stopped the day before. The young man at the window asked what 2 sides did I want I told him rice and Lima beans. He asked me to pull over to the parking lot. I waited about 45 minutes then called inside. Finally he brought me a plate. When I got home there were 3 pieces of chicken with gravy no rice no beans. Now if I needed to purchase my sides I could have… no problem. But why ask what sides if you are going to just throw me 3 pieces of old burnt chicken in the gravy? I salute any business that’s hiring these young people but people please TRAIN THEM CONSTANTLY!!!

The food is always good. Great place to stop after church and pickup dinner. It would really be nice if the sit down area was more inviting with flowers on the tables or something to make you want to dine in. Young people taking orders, and some don’t know how to say thank you must less come back even after tipping. But the food is very good.

Now I do NOT brag on too many places chile but MO better got me. I ordered a 3 piece baked with gray and Kids meal. Honey everything was great. The food is not overpriced. The food is well seasoned as well. They seem like they have regulars. My daughter was raving over the mac and cheese. She just kept saying how everything was so good and it was and their sweet tea (southern approved). Cornbread nice and thick. check them out!!!

I have had Mo Better Chicken before fron the Flat shoals location & the food was great. But last night, I tried the one at Stone Crest. I purchased 2 dinners, meatloaf & Salisbury steak. Let’s just say NEVER AGAIN!! The food was horrible. The Salisbury steak was horrible! It tastes like that banquet Salisbury steak. My mom made me eat as a kid but with green & red peppers that were also overcooked. The rice was sticky & over over cooked. The meat loaf was burnt, so they covered it up with this gravy.

My 1st time trying this place yesterday. Waited in the drivethru for over 20 minutes. Once I got to the window, the attendant didn’t really speak up. She mumbled and stared at me to the point I felt a little uncomfortable. She nor the other lady in there looked very happy at all. Got the food home and the mashed potatoes were definitely powdered potatoes. The greens and black eye peas tasted like they were from a can. The chicken had no flavor, but salt. Even my child said the rolls tasted like her school rolls. You can tell they use cheaper ingredients which takes away from the taste and quality of the food. Can’t eat there anymore unfortunately.
