The food was cold, fries where barely full, I ordered a large lemonade and I got a small. The older woman with the smokers voices was very rude. If you don’t know how to work customer service than find another job. Also she threw my receipt away so I couldn’t get a refund or comment on the Arby’s survey.

I went in today at 5pm for dinner on 6/26. I just want to say the lady working the drive through window at that time, best service, super kind, and extremely fast! She was a real life superwoman. I’ve never left a review like this before but she deserves recognition. And a raise!

Long wait at the counter before even being acknowledged at being there. Service person did not know how to run the kiosk. Manager was not very friendly when dealing with the problems her team was having with an order off their menu. All in all not a good situation. The sandwich when it arrived was poorly put together and the cheese was still cold from the cooler (as opposed to melted).

Went through the drive through and had to repeat the order 3 times to get it correct which I can understand. Then I received my food and drove off. Once I got home I find out that instead of a beef n cheddar I got only beef. I called the manager to let them know that their staff might need more training because my order was incorrect even though on the receipt I paid for the more premium price for the cheese. The manager said oh well I’ll take it into consideration.

The service was terrible. Someone in the back yelled to the ground “what is that” as if an animal was in the kitchen. The unfriendly woman was the only person that could do register and we had to wait for anyone to come over to us and no other customers were in the building. The lady working the front counter was very rude and said we could not get the same price as online in person. The website did not allow us to put a gift card in for payment so we had to settle for the non discounted price. She then was very rude and gave me a small drink when I ordered a regular (it was a lemonade so it was also more expensive). Overall, will not be returning to this Arbys.

I hate to say this but this time of Arby’s it wasn’t good the food was cold my order was wrong I mean everything was wrong I was real disappointed I was already at home a lot of took it back come on over you better than that maybe next time the food and right keep up all your hard work Arby’s

I won’t even try anymore. Went into the lobby to eat. Stood at the register for 10 minutes. Not once in that entire time did anyone even acknowledge my existence or give the courtesy of “we’ll be with you in one moment”. In fact, the staff went out of their way to avoid eye contact, clearly overwhelmed by the drive thru orders (all 6 or 7 I could see on their screen).

Had to try the new nuggets compared to the strips. I found the Nuggets to be a little bit more tender and not as dry as the strips. The crinkle cut fries were pretty good as well but of course the curly fries have more flavor. The regular roast beef is pretty good but that new garlic prime rib was not good it had a lot of gristle to it. The regular roast beef sandwich with lettuce is really good
