I love Godfather’s Pizza. So, I was excited to see there was one next to our hotel because there is not one where we live. They have the best taco pizza! We had a late lunch and the girls working were friendly and helpful. They told my son where the crayons and color pages were so he could color pictures and they hung them on the wall for him to see. He was so excited. Our food was fast and perfect. We will definitely be back at this Godfather’s next time we come in from out of town.

I would rate it higher but the wait really got to me. I waited almost 40mins to get our food which was a pizza and cheese sticks. The staff was friendly though and the place was nice and clean. The food was really good. Like I said asides from the long wait time, which I thought they forgot about us for a bit, it was really good.

Ordered take out. A simple pepperoni pizza. When I got home had a supreme pizza. My kids won’t eat that. Called they knew they had a mistake pizza. I said well what can we do Manager told me well we close in 15 min so I would have to get the correct pizza the next day. I said that doesn’t work for me just give me a refund. He said I can do that unless you come back tomorrow. First of all that is incorrect it was same day he could simply void the transaction also you can do refunds over the phone they are done every day. Bottom line now I have to find another plan for dinner and call my cc company. We were trying Godfathers for the first time will be the last

This is honestly my favorite Godfathers location!! I absolutely loveeeeeee Godfathers. They have the BEST pizza, hands down. It’s just something about it that’s so good and so fresh, and it’s consistently always good!!!! 10/10 definitely recommend. Especially the taco and the hamburger pizza. But the classics like an Italian sausage or pepperoni is also good as well. You can’t go wrong with any pizza toppings you choose.

The staff is incompetent! Walked in to pick up a GrubHub order and the lady said it wasn’t ready yet. After waiting an additional 20 minutes I asked for an update regarding the order another lady acted as if it was my fault stating “well it’s been ready” and giving attitude. Like I’ve been waiting here on Y’ALL. Then there was a woman with an earbud in literally playing PEEKABOO with another employee through the door that separates the lobby from kitchen! Then her and another employee kept referring to one another as “slime” even asking others, even customers, if they heard that and joking around stating it refers to the blood gang/group. Everyone could here the business phone ring and the employee got an attitude, went to the manager and said “do we HAVVVEE to answer the phone?” Then after being told yes she picked up the phone in an annoyed and agitated tone. While I was waiting on the order for GrubHub the app messaged me asking if I was still picking up the order because I had been waiting so long. It’s not like they were busy. Absolutely a place of a nightmare. Please good Lord DO NOT support this location. Go ANYWHERE else!!! Attitude with customers, wasting time with customers waiting, inappropriate work conversations loud enough for customers to hear and unwanted Convo with customers. Playing a literal child’s game with an employee while customers are waiting. MULTIPLE customers were standing around waiting watching this all go in I’ve worked food before and I know there is more than enough to do even when it’s slow. This place is outrageous. Does no one vet their employees or have a standard anymore?

When I first was introduced to Godfather’s Pizza… I fell in love with them and I think this location was the first time I have experienced a not so very good pizza. It was ok but definitely not near as great as another location. Maybe they were having a bad day not sure but I would be willing to stop here again if passing by.
