I’m not one to ever complain but I had to say something after my experience. Placed my order online and drove up to pick it up after about 10 minutes or so. Sat and waited patiently for another 10 minutes while my pizza was supposedly being made after which the employee told me he had “no choice” but to cancel my order. No apology or even common decency, he just straight up refused to make my order because he was “short staffed”. I can respect not having any help and being slammed but I have never been treated so rudely before, he just up and decided to not make my food that I paid for with the sorriest excuse I’ve ever heard and couldn’t even apologize for it.

If you want to be guaranteed to get the food you order DO NOT ORDER HERE!! We ordered 8 pizzas in advance for delivery for my sons 1st birthday party….. they did not arrive. The delivery man pulled up 1.5 hours late as the party was ending. We called multiple times and the one time we got through, we were told it would be there any minute (which was a lie). When I went to the store later for a refund (because it’s literally impossible to get them to answer) the ONE guy working in the store pointed to the 20+ deliveries waiting to go out and said there is only one driver so those will be hours late too… why are you still accepting orders??! This place is a hot mess, just do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

Dangerous area. This location is where many undocumented people hang to find work. I observe a car pull up & they were rushing to the truck & tried to open the doors begging for work. It says my pizza was ready at 10:30am but it was not ready. I waited in the car & asked them to bring it out. I waited for a long time. Delivery experience is way better

Ive been to this domino’s before and they were awesome. But today, really annoyed with how the food came out. I order cheesy bread and literally got dough with barely any cheese. And the pizza crust was dried ou and had none of the crust seasoning.

Last time they took over 3 times the time estimated to deliver the food and wouldn’t answer the phone when we wanted to cancel. Sandwich was botched I think it might’ve been old. Usually mistakes like this happen and they offer a free pizza for inconvenience. Time to switch to papa johns

Just the worst experience I’ve ever had with any pizza joints. Got the food, but only half of it because they other weren’t packed 3 hours later brings the cinnamon twists and garlic bread…..dead cold, just plain bread nothing on it not even exaggerating, no butter no cinnamon no icing just cold pieces of bread. Like really what is this though… 36 dollars for cold food and pieces of plain cold bread? Just not even food. And if you think I’m exaggerating look at the picture those were supposed to be covered in butter and cinnamon and sugar. And it’s literally pieces of cold bread. It’s so bad it’s actually shocking.
