This was a meal we will never forget. Everyone loved their order. We were visiting local friends and I already can’t wait to come back and eat here again. The Chef knows how to bring the best tastes to each item on the plate! Fun chatting with our server, bartender, and the chef. Not very often you get to have friendly conversation with the team that makes it all happen in a restaurant. Thank you for a fantastic night out! (If you’re driving many miles from the surrounding areas to get here, it’s worth it!!)

Amazing food is an understatement! Think the price point was good especially for the amount of food as well as the taste and quality. Really like the atmosphere and how it’s more casual up at the bar if you’re looking for a more relaxed setting. Think you could get away with casual to dressed up attire easily. Really cool decorations and loved that they brought back to life a lot of the original pieces of the historic building. Friendly staff and even the owner/ chef was out walking around greeting people which I thought was awesome.

This place is amazing – Jay is an incredible chef and the flavors are spectacular and novel. Great vibe, modern and clean and the servers are so professional and kind. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, I recommend the Pork Belly appetizer or the Sheep’s Milk cheesecake!!

We had an AMAZING dinner at Cutthroat. Salmon rillette was my absolute favorite, complete perfection. Everyone else couldn’t stop raving about the steaks. Portion sizes are huge, our party of 6 split 3 apps and 3 meals and we all took home food. To give you an idea, the plates in these photos are 16″ plates.

We had a wonderful dinner when in town for the week and loved it – very tasty food, large portions, impeccable service, great decor. It was a great value as well – a lot less than we paid for our dinner the previous night at a top restaurant at Ketchum – and the cut throat club was way better in my opinion.
