Sunwood Nutrition is fantastic! They have a very upbeat and positive atmosphere which makes the experience that much better. Their Lit Teas are great. Heather, who served us, was beyond knowledgeable in the products they serve without pressure to buy. She made the experience wonderful and we had a genuinely good conversation while I decided what I was going to get. Overall they have a great new, local facility that is amazing!

Sunwood Nutrition is awesome! Pleasant and fun atmosphere, the ladies working always manage to put a smile on my face, they are knowledgeable and always so friendly! The shakes are fantastic! Especially the banana cream pie! The teas are not only delicious, but so pretty with all the different colors, and the variety of flavors for both the shakes and teas is tremendous, there’s definitley a flavor for everyone!

Overpriced for the quality of the shakes, they always feel like they aren’t mixed well enough, like they’re super grainy, and sometimes I just want a healthy shake, I don’t want to be bothered about signing up for anything. Only one person there knows how to take no for an answer and I can’t tell if she actually likes being there or is just doing it because her nut of a mom makes her. I feel bad for her and I hope they get better at preparing their shakes… Not for me, but for people who will go there in the future.

It was an awesome experience for my first time at a shake shop! the employees were very nice and told me about their shakes and drinks that they offered. I had the Turtle Cheesecake Shake and it was fantastic! I will definitely be visiting more often.

I stopped in based on a word of mouth recommendation. Glad I did, the shake I had was delicious and the atmosphere was charming.
