Ordered online, requested no contact delivery at our hotel room door. Gave 30% tip in advance. Received call from hotel that our pizza was left at front desk. Called to change the tip since delivery instructions weren’t followed as instructed. Manager was happy to help make things right. 2 star for the the bad delivery. The pizza was good.

These guys may have taken a long time but my pizza was steaming hot and my breadbites were hot. Lots of cheese on my pizza and I didn’t ask for extra cheese and to top it all off they delivered to me during a horrible storm. If it hadn’t been for them I wouldn’t have eaten because my pca didn’t show up to make my dinner. So thanks guys for the great work.

The pizza is good and delivery is quick. We normally order through the app. The only issue I have is on multiple occasions in the app we have asked for well done and square cut and it is never well done or square cut. Not sure where the disconnect is between the app and the store. I called once to let the store know and they were good enough to give us free pizza next order. The other 5 times I didn’t bother calling. It seems trivial. Square cut, well done figure it out! Look at the picture they wrote it but didn’t do it.

I have zero control over which location is chosen from my dominos app. This location consistently gets my order incorrect. A follow up email typically results in ” that delivery did not go as expected” I always tip well regardless but I feel this location could use some quality improvement.

These people do not listen to your complaints at all. Look me up, I never complain about anything. But Domino’s messed up my last pizza, had a guy drop it off in the lobby of my hotel without giving it to me. It was just up on the front desk for all to take.
