Food I got was great… Grits were cooked perfectly Sarah was great… But apparently they have been without a working register for like 5 days ( no receipts ) and management will not replace…. and no toilet paper in the bathroom…

Ate here while visiting family. Restaurant was clean and the food was delicious, served in big portions. Best part was our server, Ms. Marjorie. She was wonderful. She brought over a waffle for my husband after he ordered a burger. Told him that you can’t visit the Waffle House and not eat a waffle. My husband isn’t a fan of breakfast foods, but he loved his waffle. Can’t wait for our next trip so I can eat here again! The food is made with love. Ms. Marjorie said so!

The food was ok, but we didn’t get everything we ordered or there was something not done right. The people that were in there eating were cool however, the cooks and servers were taking FOREVER! The cooks had WAY TO MANY PLATES ON THE COUNTER AT ONE TIME! It took so long to check out I was beginning to think that the register went on vacation! I will not come back! The server we had disappeared! They had several waiters but it’s like they were still overwhelmed.

Amazing staff on duty tonight (8/5/22)! Ordered our food after a massive group entered, then another HUGE group came and all the employees took it in stride. Staff magically doubled (because Im pretty sure at least one was on break but came back in early and another came from the back) and CRANKED out the orders. We had a large order plus another person’s order that came with us and we still got “in and out” after watching our food be cooked to perfection. I hope they ALL get raises because despite our tips, they deserve all that and THEN some because it’s literally the best waffle house experience I’ve ever had (and my life goal is to eat at every one in the US)!
