All young kids(3) working last evening. No one smiled, welcome,or thanked us. Young man at counter didn’t really want to be there, i really don’t think any of them did. If i had not called in my order i would have turned around and left. We have been going to the same Papa Murphy’s twice a week for years but service is getting worse. We also work but when going into a store it would be nice to see or feel as if we are welcomed.

I ordered on line and added feta cheese to our Chicken Bacon Artichoke & paid extra for it and still didn’t get it. That happened twice. This time the spinach was wilted and nasty & I had to throw most of the spinach away. We have always loved Papa Murphys but the Republic one has gone down hill. I did the survey online & asked that a manager contact me & no one ever did.

Very unfriendly teenagers. Messed up my order. Very slow service and not enough employees making pizzas (only one working on tons of orders). And a teenage boy screaming profanity in the back. Very disappointing.

Ordered a pizza on line. It was to be ready at 1. I got there at 1:40 & it was setting out on a rack, not in the refrigerator. Didn’t know I had to be there right at 1. I ask them if I hadn’t shown up till 4 would they leave it out. They said yes. It was 2 young girls & I guess no one told them you don’t leave food out for hours. Then they got snotty & argued with me. I left. They were yelling at me as I walked out the door! Unbelievable.

Staff working were usually helpful,and polite. Yes they are busy at peak times, but was usually a good pie. I called and was told by one of the kids I needed to talk to manager to get a refund because we didn’t realize that evening we were double charged for pizzas. Tried 5 times to contact manager, left name, contact info etc. One call actually heard the manager say in background “tell them I am to busy”. 3 months later, we have still not received a call from that woman. Thank goodness we got a panda express in town. Wish they would do undercover boss in the republic location. I believe most of the staff would receive praise, and the woman manager would be branded a useless waste….

We bought a large 5 meat stuffed pizza and it was okay. The toppings were really good. But the crust was flavorless. We also ordered this online and it said it would be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. It was not, but they were busy so its understandable. I dont think it was worth $15.
