Good pizza if you like Detroit Style, but nothing spectacular. The ranch was good, and they offer it by the bottle, which I thought was a nice touch. Price was more than the local businesses, I’ll most likely go back to them moving forward.

3.5/5 We ordered inside. The young girl who took our order was nice. It took about 15-20mins for our food to be ready. First impression of the calzone was ‘wow this is huge!’ However, the filling wasn’t that much. We had wings and cheese sticks as well. The bbq wings were really good. Cheese sticks were good, pretty generic. Definitely not better than dominos or papa johns.

We got their thin crust pizza wish mushrooms and it was pretty good! My bf enjoyed their wings but the real star of the show was their ranch!!! Went back just to get a tub of their ranch and I put it on everything until I finished the container lol!

We really enjoyed their deep dish meat pizza and the bbq chicken pizza. This was our first experience and we will definitely look them up in our city. The pizza was hot and the cheese was the perfect consistency. At times, deep dish pizzas can have too much bread however, they got this right.

Kialy S. Is the worst manager and doesn’t know how to manage. Her customer service was horrible and she was super rude. I would have given a 5 star but it’s 3 star ( maybe 2 star ) due to Kialy S. Beware, she should be fired she’s that bad.

The 8 corner deep dish(Detroit style crust)pizza was great! It reminded me of a good Sicilian pizza, which I haven’t had in a while. Try it for yourself, that’s what my husband and I did. Good quality ingredients. Impressive for a chain!

I ordered a meal on what is typically a very busy Saturday night. I neglected to hear the delivery driver when he arrived and they attempted to contact me several times. When I realized I missed the delivery driver, I contacted the store and they delivered the meal back out immediately without question or additional charge. I took care of the driver for his inconvenience but the customer service of the store to stop what they were doing to accomodate me when I clearly was the one at fault is awesome. Thank you Jets Pizza for going above and beyond for the customer.

It should be noted that this place is not a sit-in restaurant. They offer pick up, take out, and delivery. We had their pizza today and it was great! Ready in 10 min! They have a special for large deep dish with 1 topping. We added 1 more and it was nicely cooked and NOT burnt. Here are pics of the large.
