Im going to get right to it. The meat is succulent, with juicy flavor. Not over or undercooked. Everything was cooked to perfection. No exaggeration. Amazing brisket. Well seasoned and tender. Collard greens remind me of home each bite. The lemon pepper hot chicken wings were hot and tasty. The loaded fries with shrimp and brisket had me excited for each bite accompanied by honey sauce. The mac and cheese was great with the meal and the cornbread was a nice filler in the meal. The catfish is the best I’ve ever had (the previous best I had was a great spot in Virginia). The whole menu is going to be something you’ll love.

Since it is a food truck type atmosphere at the moment, it was a little hot, but the food and the service OMG OMG !!! AMAZING !! Well worth the money, and heat !! Will return repeatedly !! Would recommend to anyone who LOVES BBQ.

Worth every penny! Called to made sure the food truck was open on Father’s Day weekend and no answer but the owner called me right back and said they were at Dave Wood park. It was worth the drive out for their wonderful hot wings and fries. Took the advice found here that a guy posted that he only got a dozen wings, I got two dozen and fries for my husband and me! Difference? I got extra hot, he got ghost pepper! Yum says it all.

Absolutely delicious food,Seasoned to perfection. Great customer service along with amazing food. I highly recommend. Collard Greens are delicious, they aren’t sour. Mac and cheese is creamy and cooked perfectly. The wings fall right off the bone. Catfish nuggets are cooked to perfection and don’t have that nasty fishy flavor. I could go on and on. Point is… go there and try for yourself you won’t regret it.
