This is the worst taco in the history of mankind. Open hours vary daily and they have a horrible sense of quality control. The lobby is seldom open and when it is it closes at 1 pm . I love taco bell its a childhood favorite. But this place will make you question how a franchise allows this kind of service. Sorry this is my worst review ever. Yes it’s that bad.

Spent 40 dollars last night for a family of 5 to eat. Only one item was correct. We went back and had it remade and once again NOTHING came back correct. We aren’t talking about oh they forgot the extra cheese or sour cream. We are talking about they forgot the meat and sauce. When the receipt said extra cheese we received NONE. They were closed by the time we went back a third time.

With very few places to eat in this town, it’s unfortunate that this fast food restaurant is only subpar. The food seems to always be stale and my items are usually made incorrectly. But… it is one of the best locations in town with Dr. Pepper on the fountain.

So we are on lunch break and we go into the lobby today 12/21/22 yet it’s closed and we can’t even order our food at the drive thru register which is 4 feet away from the front register. Instead the crew told us we had to drive our 12 foot tall truck thru the drive through. So we could order it that way. And the lobby was closed yet employees were eating in it. Just rude employees having a bad day apparently trying to make customers days harder instead of assisting us in spending money on their products.

If someone says no beans it’s for a reason. I have dietary restrictions. Now I’m out $5 for a Mexican pizza that was also cold. My wife chicken wraps were wrong $5 and my son did not have Fritos in his burrito.
