Zero stars . No drinks on a regular basis, and surprise no ice either . Nice warm drinks on a summer day. Food was horrible, this is standard issue here at this location. The Staff thinks it’s pretty funny when you complain to them.. Can’t wait to see them replaced by machines..I think that’s funny..

Google asked me to write a review, and here we are. Honestly it’s a bit lower on the fast food tier but it’s also kinda expensive for what you get. I give everything a 4 as long as I didn’t get abnormal food quality and decent service. In short if you’re in need of a quick bite and want to have inexpensive food compared to a sit down here you are 🙂

Terrible experience. I had a choice of 3 nearby places to eat but chose taco bell because i was short on time. My receipt indicated i ordered at 8:39pm and i got my order 29 minutes later at 9:08. Business was slow at the time. I don’t know if they were between shifts or prepping for closing (closes at 3am). Food was ok but i didn’t get any napkins. I had to wait another 5 min for someone to acknowledge me before i could request some napkins. I don’t know who the Taco Bell executive is who decided to hide the napkins behind the register, but the savings of 3 cents for napkins lost you a customer forever. Heads up overpaid executives, when u get off the golf course send your employees a bulletin that if a customer waits more than 20 min for their meal, to comp it so they will come back…

I’d give this place zero stars if I could but google is making me be nice. Couldn’t even get our food. We went in to get my son a burrito. We waited five minutes at the front counter for someone to tell us we had to use a kiosk. After selecting the food they ask if you want to use cash or card, we wanted to use cash. The whole screen froze like it didn’t know what to do. Isn’t cash supposed to be king? Overall, I just went to del taco. Great job.

You have to order at the kiosk but then be sure to go up and tell them that you’ve placed an order at the kiosk because they don’t bother checking and you wouldn’t get your food unless you went up and pressure them to make it. Terrible service and the music’s too loud. Find any other Taco Bell on the planet and you’ll have a better time. 20 minutes in an empty dining room for a few tacos is excessive.

In the drive thru just 2 people in front of me. 40 minutes. They then told me my items were not available that I purchased in the app. They wanted to replace the item with just a taco. I refused and then offered me something a bit better. In the end, they gave me what I originally ordered, and it was cold and soggy. I complained through the application, and nobody ever responded back. They lost a good customer for life.

Staff was nice. They had no hot sauces which was very weird so we had to just eat it the way it was. And then the remodel has my back hurting after being crouched over eating my food because the very few regular tables were taken. I think someone messed up on the dimensions when these were ordered. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this one.
