So disappointed today after going to this location to get food and they literally took forever to respond at drive thru and when they finally came they said they were closed, but it wasn’t time to close yet it was literally 1030. The only thing they got right on my order to the extent of specifically what I asked for is the fries. They made the wrong shake and the burger was a Junior size of what I actually asked for and they told me I needed to pay the difference to get it made as a whopper size if I wanted a new burger.

We got there at 7:00 PM. The store appeared open and others were being served. As we were looking at the menu, I heard someone shouting to the staff to not take any more orders. I stated we were already in the door and had been waiting. She (manager?) said the owner called and told her not to accept any more orders. She then stated she values her job and would not allow us to be served.Frankly, she was very rude and blunt. She had short blondish hair and appeared in charge. I know this was Christmas eve, but they were fully lit up. The doors were open and there were at least a dozen customers around getting orders and eating. I will be following up on this.
