This is the first time in a while I’ve eaten inside this KFC. We went through the drive through a few weeks ago and I was pleased with the politeness of everyone. My little boy insisted on going in instead of taking our food home, and I was blown away by how clean it was and how nice everyone was. We’ll be back for sure!

The food was very good. We got exactly what we ordered. I had a little problem understanding the speaker. She was polite and didn’t show any irritation having to repeat her confirming my order. The lady serving our to go order at the carry out window was polite and seemed pleased to serve us.

When we pulled up, the girl at the window said I had to pay for hot sauce packs and that set everything in motion!! Manager came to the window and told me I had to go elsewhere to eat! Manager was worse than the cashier, I’ll NEVER EAT AT THAT PLACE AGAIN!! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS! THE MANAGER SAID IT WAS JUST A MISTAKE BUT WHO DON’T THAT YOU DON’T PAY FOR HOT SAUCE!!!

Today I went to this KFC. Placed my order and went to the window. There were to Hispanic girls at the window. When I say my heart left happy is an understatement . Worst KFC I’ve been in, you can tell they don’t care about there jobs by the quality of food they have and today I ordered a spicy chicken and for some reason the sauce was on top of the bun not even inside the sandwich, never coming back
