Not only did we have amazing food, but we had the joy to have Peter (the chef) to talk with us while we ate. He was very knowledgeable about food. I encourage to sit with Peter if you want a good time or just some company! Peter knows Orlando and can help with great recommendations! He genuinely loves his job and will talk to you about anything, but will especially talk about rock n roll and cooking!

Just like the other reviews of Peter….he is a funny New Yorker and makes the experience. Eat whatever he advises without question. It is a bar, no tables so you get to see the food being prepared. It makes the servers be out of sync I believe because they are oddly positioned in the bar – which is a hallway in the hotel.
