The big king wasn’t fresh & them onions rings was so hard. I tried to eat them I couldn’t. Yall need to do better. People paying yall come on now. These fast food chains not the same anymore people serve you stuff they wouldn’t eat. I was a manager at a burger king & Wendy’s. I told my workers all the time. Do not serve anybody nothing you wouldn’t eat. Yall need to adjust this in yall employers/ Co workers/ employees heads

Horrible place. In desperate need of an audit. Needs a change in Management. I’ve watched the gradual decline in the overall experience here over the past year or so. This days visit was the final straw. The person at the drive thru window did not get our order correct…the digital order board was not working so we could not verify our order. When we arrived at the pickup window we told her that the burgers were wrong. She then had the burgers remade and told us to park. As we parked and waited, we watched a Male employee run out as female employee ran out after him. She then threw a handful of ice towards him, missing him and hitting our vehicle. She then walk back towards BK as we noticed she had on full uniform including food servers gloves but no shoes. She was then met with our new burgers and told to bring them to us, all the while bare footed. Oh, by the way, the burgers were still made incorrectly.

Honestly I used to really enjoy this Burger King, but in the past years it’s fell off tremendously….. From the time you get to the order window to the time you drive off with your food, the experience was awesome. Now the employees seem like they don’t want to be at work, they misplace your order with another, most of the time the don’t give you all the food you are supposed and receive and the biggest thing is the presentation of your order. When I used to receive my order’s, it was so neat and your burgers were well put together. Now the burgers are made sloppy and it looks like they just throw stuff in the bags. I would love to give this Burger King 5 stars but I really would like to see improvement in this business, because it has so much potential.

Poor service and food was cold & burnt. Drive thru employee was not wearing a mask even during mandatory mask order in the county & didn’t seem to care when I mentioned it. The manager @ the time even had his mask below his face! I will never frequent this Burger King again!

Very poor attitudes from the girl taking the orders.lied and said cash only and exact amount and said debit and credit card machine was not working only to find out 10 minutes later that she lied and said they were short staffed and thats why she lied and when i asked for a receipt the man said why do you need that i answered it was so i have a record of my transaction when i call corporate and he being the manager said they dont give receipts then went in the garbage and pulled one out for a coffee and got mad when i said i dont drink coffee and this was not mine he then went a d got mine out of the garbage and then served cold fries.
