TEN OUT OF TEN!!!! I’ve never been to this establishment before but trust I will come back! The drive thru was so fast! I got to the speaker to order and the woman was so nice and repeated my order back to me. Then I got up to the window and the woman (who I’m assuming was the same one who took my order) handed me my drink and was like “Hey how are you?” and it sounded like she genuinely wanted to know! Not like those other fast food places who have to say it because it’s part of the script. She then told me that they don’t have any more legs but they have thighs and I’m like “that’s alright I’ll take a thigh”. Then I got my food and she said “have a good day baby <3". And when I got home to eat my food I noticed the fattest most juiciest scrumdidliuptions thigh in the world. LUCINDA DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! YALL GIVE HER A RAISE RIGHT NOW!!!

Every time I visit the drive thru. The staff is so very nice. I always let them know. How great they are. Please continue being awesome! I am always on my way to my 2nd job. I get food for my clients. I surprise a husband & wife with a good dinner. Something different every Thursday. They loved their pot pies I purchased for them.

So, at 11:30am on a Sunday I pulled up to the drive thru order station and I am greeted by a friendly voice telling me to go ahead with mt order when I am ready. I let them know my order and waited for them to either repeat it back to me or to give me an amount owed. Nothing. I talked to the air a few more times then decided to just pull around to the window. Here there is a note written on a piece of copy paper that says they will be opening later. That’s it, nothing else. So. I drive to the one on 132nd and Maple, which the website listed as open. Not only was it not open but the entire building had all signage removed and a fresh coat of bright white paint. Now my options were all several miles away, I went to Taco Bell.

Slow slow slow, so much for ordering ahead. I have been to this KFC three times and every time the wait is ridiculous. Been in the drive thru for 10 minutes. 1 car has ordered and I am still three cars back from the order kiosk.

I came tonight after a 15hr work shift and bought a 12 piece meal. I asked for the crispy chicken but was given regular which of course we didnt know until we got all the way back home… and it was soooooo dry and tough to eat that we had to throw most of it away. The sides were good is the only reason for the 2 stars. Jus makes me mad for the amount it cost that the main part of the meal wasn’t made how we asked and was pretty much inedible! Won’t come to this location again!

The food that I received when coming through this drive thru only location was cold and the bits of chicken in the Mac and Cheese were hard. Either your soda bib was out or your machine isn’t calibrated correctly. The women that helped us at the window was so high she couldn’t sit still! I failed to catch her name, but she had bad teeth and red curly hair. I am shocked an establishment would allow someone like this to handle customers. Please clean up your staff, maybe your product will improve if the quality of your staff improves.
