On this day, we’ll it was very hot outside. However, they had their AC up and running. We were greeted by one of the workers from the back, as to an assistant manager just standing there. The employee who I didn’t get his name was pleasant to speak with was having a hard time working the register. The assistant manager, who was rude towards the employee, did fix the problem. The restaurant was not busy at the time, and it was very clean. When we received our meal, it was hot. The fries were just right. My onion rings were a little overcooked but eatable. Our hamburgers were perfect. They even got my extra cheese right on my whopper meal.

First time having Burger King in close to a decade. The restaurant looked modern and was clean. The cashier was friendly. The food tasted like the Burger King I remembered and the quality of it seemed good. Pleasantly exceeded my expectations.

While ordering through the drive through the boy taking my order was burping and cursing. I don’t believe he knew he wasn’t muted. Then I pull up to the window and all windows are disguised with tape and paper so we cannot see what’s going on inside while running our DC or preparing our drinks. Then when I receive the meal it is not fresh and the chicken fries taste like they have been sitting under the heater since the morning. I don’t typically engage is reviews but things have to change especially since this is a new BK and the staff here need a lot of professional training since the interactions are so unprofessional.

They were pretty fast this time. This one has a tendency to be a little slow. I ordered from the app while sitting in the parking lot ( call me lazy if you will) and waited about 2min before I drove up to the drive thru. From order to window to on my way took all of about 10min. Thanks burger king you got it my way this time. Lmao

When you order food at this BRAND NEW BK, and ask for it to be prepared FRESH, they will say OK and proceed to ignore you, handing you a burger 2 mins after you order, obviously not prepared fresh.

I like Whopper since 2021. When I was 26, me & dad went to Burger King to order a Whopper, some Medium size of Onion Rings and a medium size drink of Coca-Cola. Don’t forget Zesty Sauce Packets. I ate the first Whopper at Burger King.

Came in late on a Sunday. Dining room was empty, but service was ok, got the food quick enough, and it all tasted good. The floor looked like it needed a good mopping, but otherwise everything looked clean. A lot of bad reviews here, but my experience was good. Hope they can turn things around.
