Ordered the spicy pork and pic shows it was basically all fat. Gross! Rolls weren’t that bad. Chix teriyaki bowl came super dry. Had to ask for 3 more tiny teriyaki cups to make it ok. Is teriyaki expensive? Bc the way they act here it is a super high commodity.

This is one of the most rude restaurants I have ever been in my life. The gave me sushi roll with out salad which is their normal serving. I had to go back and ask for it; and the staff at the front desk told me 3 times that its not their problem. I could not believe my ears when I first heard – Not my problem. So I asked again and the Front desk guy named Robin repeated 3 times that its not his problem. Last time I got sushi here, they missed out on Ginger. This is not the place where you want to eat if you want to purchase food with dignity. You will have to pay and get insulted for mediocre food. There are lots other Sushi places in Cerritos. Don’t waste your time and mood here.

I give this Japanese Grill 5 stars because the food is really good and they give you alot of food for your money. I kept walking by this Japanese restaurant for years. One time i started watching the place and seen the place was always busy with people. One weekend I had to go to the store and noticed Japanese Grill had along line Nonstop Customer all weekend Saturday nonstop then Sunday the samething nonstop Customer. It was like Damn the food must be Damn good. So i tried Japanese Grill. I can say the food was very tasty and good I mean really good all the other food places around it didn’t have Customers going in and out of the Japanese Grill. Maybe 1/4 of the Customers. I can say try the Japanese Grill and you will make your favorite place to eat 4 times months I eat there. Your Dollar gets you good and more food for your dollar. Please try the Japanese Grill

We’ve been coming for years and service is becoming terrible. Yesterday, we called to try to order and nobody answered the phone. We went anyway and ordered some items for take-away. First, we tell them that their phone isn’t being answered. That was promptly ignored with no response. Food was made and the Filipina gal must have called my number once but it was never heard. After waiting 10 minutes with no other annoucements the manager asks what number we had. We showed the number and the ther gal gives the food with an expressionless face. It looked like she knew we were waiting but decided to waste our time. No bueno. Your food and prices are reasonable so please train your staff to give the minimum decent customer service. Thanks
