Note to the owner I see writing ppl back. Do not apologize without adjustments. Otherwise the apologies are empty. And I see no willingness to personally reach out for the bigger mistakes in the posts. Just sorry we will do better. Good but as a business taking consumer dollars in a time when every dollar counts??? This is sad and poor customer service. This mistake could have made me very ill. I ordered a cheese steak, fries, and a slice of carrot cake. My carrot cake was full of mold! I work in the government with food service/safety…totally unacceptable. There was a CLEAR dot of mold on the top. Mistakes happen but for this cake to get this moldy, it was there for a while. Whatever happened to FIFO or holding periods. I could’ve eaten this absentmindedly. Thank God I did NOT.

I agree with some of the other reviewers that the quality has diminished. I ordered a large DOUBLE pepperoni pizza. When I got home and opened the box, it looked like a regular amount of pepperoni (if that.) Secondly, it was rubbery. I complained mostly because of how much extra I paid for double pepperoni and asked for a refund for the difference in price. The employee said that this was extra! I was denied any price adjustment. Take a look at the pizza for yourselves.

The best cheesesteak youll ever eat. And from 11 to 3 the got the godzilla lunch special for 13.99 which is a triple meat sub that weighs about 3.5 lbs. Never had a better steak sub for that price in my life.

Usually this place is good for their subs but lately they been falling off. I ordered a whole cheesesteak to feed my family but only the middle of the sandwich was full. So whoever got the ends of the sandwich got bread and mayo. Not cool. When the young middle eastern guy is there at night the food is good but I went in the daytime with a female manager on shift and the food was not good.

Just stopped in to try out their Cheesesteak and I must say very good sandwich. Lots to choose from on the menu! Will have to come back and test out their wings. Place was clean adequate parking.overall I would say give them a try!

On 2/17/2023 my family placed a large online order. When the order arrived one of the sandwiches was missing from the bag. I called the store to speak with the manager and was shockingly disrespected by one of the employees. When I asked for the manger I was told they weren’t there and that I was being petty. PETTY! All I did was request a refund and got the runaround because I placed an online order. Customer service should be your first priority and you failed today. No more referrals from me for this carryout.

Let me start out and say I am from Philadelphia. I wanted a cheese steak so bad and I had passed by this place several times. I asked the lady is she knew what she was doing. She said she did but I was giving her the side eye. We discussed the review about a little meat on the steak so I doubled the meat. WOW!!!! It was just they way in love it. Not oily like Max’s but so damn good the meat quality was great the bread was good too. I was so happy with my steak. I cut it in 1/4 and are it for lunch, dinner, breakfast and late dinner. I want you to know that this is the closes to a Philadelphia Cheese Steak I have ever had in PG county or the DMV area in my 23 years in this area. This jawn go me right.

I would give zero stars if I could. We placed a large delivery order. We then confirmed the order by phone. Once the order was delivered we were missing a sandwich. We called the store to advise of our missing sandwich and to ask for it to be delivered. We followed up on the missing sandwich delivery or a refund for it and was told by the person on the phone to “stop being petty”. When I questioned how I was being petty I was told that we were refunded for it. No one communicated this until that conversation. I told the person “Babu” he was being rude he said so was I because I called back about my food. I asked for the manager who also told me that a refund was issued because the delivery company didn’t bring it. There was no apology or accountability for the mistake. The missing sandwich was blamed on the delivery company even though the bag was closed and tired like Ft. Knox. Once everyone else ate their food, it wasn’t worth the wait or nasty customer service.
