The manager said this is normal for the chicken to look like this. She had the worst attitude when we were polite the whole time. I have never in my life seen a fried chicken like this especially in a establishment that only does fried chicken. Stay away from this place for your own good.

My chicken and sides at this restaurant have always tasted good and been fresh. When I have walked in and ordered, employees have been courteous. The last time I ordered a biscuit, the employee even directed me to the honey packets. When I use the app, my food is ready when I arrive, and it is complete. I am happy with this KFC.

Went here on my lunch break today 7/20/23 2:20pm. I was asked to park at the entrance to wait on some nuggets. Ok, no problem. I figure it will be 5min or so. Wasn’t given my receipt. 15 min go by. I walk inside to see what’s taking so long. The MOD (white woman late 30’s) gives me attitude, makes excuses “we are in the middle of a shift change.” I told her if I knew it was going to take so long, I wouldn’t have ordered the nuggets. The cashier could have easily said, “it’ll be 10-15min” and I would have changed my order.

Disappointing location. Ordered a meal deal for pick up. When we went in to pick up, we ordered another piece of chicken to go. Here’s the disappointment – arrived home a few minutes away and the piece ordered at walk-in was hot, fresh and juicy, but the order ahead was not hot, dry and overcooked. Wasn’t edible and went in the trash. ALWAYS check your order before leaving the store and get freshly made food. We didn’t have time to go back to the store.

WARNING! Today 24aug23 7:55pm the checkout lady tried to CHEAT me! Count your change before you drive away. I paid with a $50 and she returned $10 shy of the correct amount. Errors happen, we’re all human, right? Well, this is the second time in a row that this has happened to me here at this location! This was orchestrated, and if the Manager or Owner has access to video there, check it! She was obviously creating a distraction before giving me the deficient change. then she ignored me when I tried to get her attention; she was hoping I’d just drive away. If you choose to come here (which I will NOT be doing) video everything. They canNOT be trusted! CHIK-FIL-A is very near: Parmer Lane at Mopac. Also Popeyes has great chicken. Try those places!

Reviews were not lying, this place is the WORST kfc if not the worst fast food I have ever been to. The employees are rude and have zero customer service. If you have bad customer service atleast make up for the food, it was soggy and looked like a rotisserie chicken from costco.
