This place is hands-down the best Asada and Pastor I have ever had from anywhere, let alone from a food truck. If you get a chance to try them you will 100% not be disappointed in anyway! Thanks again! The owner and his staff were so nice and accommodating… He made me and my 3 Friends each a taco just to try because we had never been there before and we were really excited to try his tacos. They make the tortillas fresh right in front of your face which adds so much good flavor to these tacos.

We were in town for vacation from Canada. We decided to try a food truck although we don’t usually go for food trucks. Hands down this was the best Mexican meal I have ever had. Owner was very nice and gave us tacos to try. The bun for the torta was perfectly soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Meat was cooked to perfection. Asada fries were delicious. Highly recommend this place.

My family, friends and I have been going to Mi Ranchito for over 9 years. I have recommended so many people to this taco truck!!! We absolutely love it!!! Great Service and amazing food!!! Variety of Meats, Salsa and different food options. Our favorite are the burritos and #1 TACOS!!! The alpastor is the bomb and my absolute favorite. My boys love the asada!!! My husband and I love it all. The meat, Salsa and thin tortillas all combined just make such an amazing combination of flavor. The atmosphere is your basic taco truck atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. We have tried so many places yet Mi Ranchito will always be our favorite!!!!

I’ve lived in SoCal a little over a year and have tried many taco spots trying to find the perfect one. My search ended when I found this place! All of their menu items are really good but my favorite are the lengua tacos. They have fresh aguas frescas, not powdered, and give you grilled onions with your order along with lime, radish and salsa. They have 3 types of salsas and they’re all good, you have to try them all. The owners are very kind and polite and always greet you with a smile. I live 20 minutes from this area but it’s totally worth the drive.
