I absolutely love the sandwiches here. They are served warm from a turnstile similar to what fast food pizzas are cooked in. My favorite selection is ‘the wreck’ with bacon on it. Though I have never experienced this before, on this visit when I ordered a Oreo cookie shake the young lady did not fill my cup with the ice cream mixture but there was a good 1/2 cup of shake left in the blender. I thought that she was going to get a spatula is get the rest out but she inverted the blender and rinsed it out before I could say something about the discrepancy. This will in no way stop me from going to potbelly (it one of my favorite sandwich shops), but that event will keep me from ordering there shakes in the future.

Not just sandwiches, even though their toasted bread and flat bread are incredible even on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich… They also have soup, macaroni and cheese, cookies, chips, multiple different custom made milkshakes. Great little restaurant with a very friendly staff.

I guess it was due to my ignorance not knowing that when you order a sandwich online/via Grubhub, they put all your veggies and sauces on the side. I found this to be a bizarre and minor inconvenience. Found a bit of plastic bag remnant in my soup as well.

This team can’t seem to get a single order right the past several times we’ve gone in. Had one order “fixed” and they gave us someone else’s sandwich entirely. I won’t be going back because I’m tired of wasting my time and money. I expect these sort of things to happen once in a while but not EVERY TIME I visit.
