Best. BBQ. Sauce. Ever. Nice and vinegary and tomatoey, not too sweet or too thick. Perfect! The brisket and the pork ribs are very tender, and not overly smoky. Perfect crunch and sauce in the cole slaw. We will definitely go back! Try this place, you’ll be happy, too! Yummmm…

The meat had a good smoke flavor and was tender. Hand cut fries were great. I didn’t care for the BBQ sauce, too vinegary for my taste, but that’s personal preference. Good food for a small town.

Sooooo good! A rack of ribs cost $20 and we got them straight off the grill. They were tender and seasoned deliciously. Their barbecue sauce was acidic, not sweet. My daughter said it was the best sauce she has ever had. She is seven, but still. The beef sandwiches were very good with a great smoky flavor. I love that they toasted their buns. They were $5 and came with a bag of chips. They had great, friendly service and even gave free lollipops to the kids. You can smell the aromic smoke as soon as you get out of the car. There is a drive thru also. They have picnic tables to eat outdoors but we ended up eating at a park so the kids could play.

If you are just passing thru, STOP! Eat here and enjoy the hometown BBQ sourced locally. What ever magic they have whippin’ up in the kitchen you won’t want to miss. We did and had a great lunch!

Great bbq sandwich which includes potato chips, pickle and onion slices. Price very reasonable. Be prepared to take it home or eat in your car. They have outside tables but it is usually fairly windy in Snyder. I believe they close between the hours of 2 and 5 .
