We went and had bar bq sandwiches they were so good and will definitely go back soon. The service was great, just a small place with great food. The onion rings were great. Next time I won’t share with my husband he will have to get his own.

Way over priced! 1lb of BBQ and 2 dozen hush puppies $28.00! Gentleman was very nice! Want be going back EVER since the owner feels his response was the way to respond to a customer’s comments! But to answer your question I placed an order for a pint 16oz of bbq but was only given 8oz of bbq so to correct your mistake is why I came back. Again you will never get another penny of my money!

Was pleasantly surprised. Q is flavorful, properly moist and a light but noticeable smokey taste. Slaw is a bit different but EXCELLENT. For those creeped out by the “older looks” to the place, relax. It’ll be OK. If you saw what goes on in the kitchens of way newer and cleaner appearing places, I swear you’d lose your cookies and never eat out again. I guarantee our homes have more germs. And the most popular Q joint in the county doesnt use gloves. They grab a wad of Q and mash it onto the buns or trays. This place is inspected periodically and is just fine. Most peoples kitchens would fail miserably.

Phone lines are always busy cause they leave the phone off the hook. They ask you to hold and never return. Food has went down bad. Make sure to check the order before you leave. It was the best when Darrel owned it.
