We always get those restaurants that have great food, grab our attention….change up the food & then next the customer service! I spent 15 minutes on the phone! I literally drove their still on hold while on my break to order ahead, so that by the time I arrived, my food would be ready! Instead I was placed on hold twice, each increment times were once 7 minutes while the other was 6 minutes and some seconds. Just to hear the woman say she had a guest on hold before me! Mamm I’d been on hold already for a while before I called back….”i was thinking in my head”. It’s a shame that great restaurants start to diminish their brand for silly, petty things like this! Please do better if you wanna last long!!!!

First time visitor to City Wings. I ordered a 10-piece hot wing. My order was made properly and tasted delicious. My partner ordered the onion rings with a side order of wings and he was very pleased with his order as well. In addition, customer service is friendly and inviting. The total cost of our meal was roughly $24.00 and the wait time was about ten minutes. We used Google maps to find this restaurant and you have to be careful not to pass it because it is hidden by some trees (if you go past the tattoo shop or convenient store then you went too far). I uploaded an outside shot to help potential customers locate the restaurant. There is no fee for parking in front of the restaurant. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and we enjoyed our food. These guys are doing a great business on the boulevard. And flavor of wings, though they are small, it’s worth going for the fries alone, they were crispy fresh and delicious. The salads are fresh. They are friendly happy staff. They shouted a warning when the meter reader was coming! I love these guys! The place is spotless clean. The bathrooms are neat and tidy. This is not fast food because its fresh and made to order. Be sure to grab dome napkins and eat up!

Situated in the New Center area, just west of Woodward, this spot is a gem. The wings were delicious. Hot is the PERFECT hot. I love spicy food but if you aren’t really ’bout that life then maybe try medium at first? The potato salad was also great. Can’t wait to try more sides the next time we order from here!

Wings are always cooked just right, flavors are great and the wings just look good. The parm garlic wings are smother in chunks of parmesan and garlic and KO are the best hot wings in Southeast Michigan.

It is my 1st time patronizing this restaurant & I was not disappointed. Had the lemon pepper wings & flavor 17 wings. The lemon pepper wings were awesome. The flavor 17 were good also but personally I’ll stick with lemon pepper in the future.
