Their food have been consistently delicious starting before the pandemic. Their restaurant’s ambiance is simple and relaxing. Since the pandemic, they are only serving take out or delivery. We have been enjoying their food for many years and we still are.

Update: we ordered delivery today, as usual fast delivery, friendly . Food was delicious, egg drop soup, loaded with egg , we love the spicy tangy dumplings, should’ve ordered two , lol yummy . Treasure of the sea was good, need more seafood, never enough for me egg rolls yum ! Keep coming back!

Price online says one thing however their prices in store the store says another listing of prices. I mentioned it to the cashier and she stated no that’s not us. I replied back and stated that’s not correct and showed her the website. The food was avg at best. Beef and broccoli tasted processed and wings overcooked. I will definitely will not be going back. China Kitchen in the Foodlion shopping center is much much better.

I called to order from Chens and started driving towards them immediately because I live 40 minutes away from them. The lady called me to let me know my food was ready and I said I was on the way. She then called again saying they close at 9:30pm even though it says online they close at 10pm. (Suggested a new edit for the hours) I told her the exact time we would be there which was just a few minutes over 9:30pm and when I got there at 9:32pm it was all dark and the doors locked. Even the front doors say 10pm. I am really frustrated by this experience and makes me not want to come back even though I have been a loyal patron for 10+ years. Thankfully Jalapeños was still open and I was still able to get food.

There is no atmosphere. Their dining room is nothing more than a glorified storage space. I guess they didn’t get the memo that Covid is over with. I would have been better off going to Panda Express. They at least have a dining room.

Chen’s used to be good but tonight the food was horrible. The paper bag that the food was delivered in was soaked to the top with oil. Not to mention the food itself was floating in oil. I ordered hunan beef and lomein. The Hunan beef was bland and not spicy like it was supposed to be. There was. I flavor to it what so ever. The noodles were bland and overcooked to where the noodles broke when trying to grab at them. I tried calling to complain but nobody would answer the phone. Would not recommend this place ever again.

I wont be going back, on limited time for lunch. If there are more than 2 people in line they cant process payments, answer the phone and expodite orders efficiently it becomes annoying and unnecessary. Nothing like sitting in there for 10 extra minutes as the one person doing everthing on the front end is swamped. They hand you your lunch that had been sitting on the counter the whole time only after chaos ends do you get your order. Invest in your internet connection as just me eating there once a week should cover most of the cost but due to the slowest payment system in the area no matter the food Im done ordering from this place…good luck.

This is the quart of wanton soup. It did not go up much from there. The menu looked very enticing too bad it did not match the meal. The spicy dumplings where’re spicy and the portion was no where near enough to share. Very disappointed, do not see a reason to go again.
