Update: Called customer service three times. Each time the issue is “advanced” to higher management. They promise a follow up call or email within 24-48 hours. None received so far… Must be these are acceptable conduct in the eyes of management.

Stopped after a concert to get some food through the drive thru. Elijah was amazing at taking my order. (which was big! no sonics down by me). He took our order quickly and efficiently and when I was being a pain and wanted to make a last minute change he did it quickly and with ease. The order was perfect and everything was there. I’ll be back again and again great work night crew and a big thanks to Elijah keep up the excellent work.

I ordered a cheeseburger and when I received my order I checked it and it had to small pieces of lettuce really small and when I ask what this was the manager said what you ordered with a nasty attitude and walk away. Another guy came out and said I will make you a new one. It was a Sunday evening I will never spend my money in this establishment EVER AGAIN!!

HORRIBLE service!!!! Majority of the workers left our food sitting out by the register then walked outside to smoke and sit at the picnic table. We waited for our food to get handed us for about 10 mins in the drive through. Then the worker went back inside from smoking and talking to her coworkers and gave us attitude wondering why we were still waiting…. I will never go to this location again!! Customer service should be #1 but instead they were all outside f around.!!

This place deserves 0 stars. Worst experience of my life. Waited 30 minutes for two milkshakes. Everyone after us was served including several large orders. Asked to see the manager. Waited 10 minutes while he attended to the drive thru. He then came out yelling for us to leave the store. Failed to issue full refund. Situation has been reported to corporate and we will never return. Screw you manager Parker. You managed nothing and failed to resolve the situation.

My kids really enjoy the food and the shakes. The service is the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars as a fast food joint. The people are not the fastest in the world at taking your order and making the food. However, the order is always accurate and the employees are extremely friendly and make you feel good in general.

I like ordering here and like the food but today when I went to order the lady at the drive up made me wait about 4 or 5 minutes. I asked if they were open since it was like 6:45pm and no one was in line, it wasn’t lit up, and no one was at the drive ups and she got extremely hostile and was like I told you I was busy what do you not understand. It’s supposed to be fast food and I don’t need a lecture or attitude when I am ordering food a simple I am waiting on another customer or something would have sufficed. I drove off and won’t be returning which is unfortunate because usually the people the manager lady and others are very pleasant and the food is good.

They were short staffed and it took a while to get someone to take our order and then to actually get our food. The food was up to standard and fresh. The staff member Joel was very friendly and apologetic. His personality and great customer service more than made up for the inconvenience. He should be recognized for his efforts.

I’ve had a few odd experiences at this Sonic’s (mostly the wrong food – usually what I’d get was pretty good, but not what I ordered) but I’m very pleased to report it looks like things are going better here now. Friendly staff, tasty food (just don’t tell my endocrinologist I’m here).

Another not to go place in Albany NY. Average waiting time just to order your food 20 minutes. Another day i went there for take out order just standing there about 5 minutes even i rang the bell.. Extra slow service
