So, went to RibCrib for the first time. The food is surprisingly good and very reasonable price. However, I am not impressed with the attitude of the servers. They need a 180!! I get better service at Chick-Fil-A. I get you are short staff and you do more than just serve food but I cannot dine-in with the hostility some of the servers have. I really never want our waitress again. Her first letter of her name starts with a C. She was impatient and rushing us to order, etc. Another Con of RibCrib is they never have enough of potatoes, ribs, chicken, etc. If you run out of food, order more for next time. I will give them another chance on dine-in but I really do not see much change.

Last night I placed a order 20 till close for take out chop brisket. I realize it’s the end of the day but that was thee worst example of product. 10 percent good the rest fat and gristle..no problems before..my family eat atleast 1 time per week here.

Absolutely terrible. Father and I went In to dine because I mentioned how marvelous the cheeseburgers were. I’m in great agony. Their so called fabulous delicious scrumptious burgers were burnt to a crisp. 1/10 the customer service was great but I’m in great despair as I’m pretty sure the cook fell asleep while Chefin it up in there. Our food just tastes like the left over burnt residue on a grill. I will surely not be coming back until I get this outrageous taste out of my mouth. I’m severely disappointed and disgusted. Do better!!!!!

I got this giant family pack that feeds 6 people, it was so delicious.. It only needed to feed 4 and it did that perfectly. My grandparents are getting old and they haven’t had barbecue in a long time and I know they really enjoyed it. Im so glad Rib Crib knocked it out of the park because thats exactly what I needed to happen. AND it didnt upset my stomach like smoked meats do a lot of the time. I was very happy with this experience and I’m usually pretty critical when it comes to restaurants. Honestly it was Sunday and the other barbecue restaurant (the one that upsets my stomach) I was going to go to was closed, so this was kindof a plan B I guess. Honestly they did better than plan A. I love Rib Crib now. I’ll be definitely considering Rib Crib next time I’m in the mood for barbecue

this place teeters the edge of 3 and 4 stars. The service is hit or miss, I’ve consistently gotten servers who will ignore the table of 5 of us over the course of the entire meal to the point 40 minutes in we have to practically beg for our first refill on our drinks, on rare occasions I have got really good servers though. what makes me want to knock it down to 3 stars though is the food is often very mid. When my family wants to come here i always get the same things and every time the chopped brisket is really greasy to the point the whole bottom of the plate has a puddle of oil that gets on everything, the chicken is dry, but despite all this somehow the pulled pork comes out not too dry but not swiming in oil so go with the pork lol
